A new facility to help adults with learning disabilites and autism has been opened. Both FarmAbility and the Outdoor Classroom which provides projects for primary and secondary schools studying the farm, have grown since their inception a couple of years ago.
This year, over 2000 local school children will visit the farm and up to 20 co-farmers regularly spend days under taking meaningful tasks such as animal husbandry, gardening hedge planting that help to develop new capabilities, self-confidence and social skills.
